ABOUT THE PROJECT

eDMs can be used for various reasons within an organisation depending on their business, how they want to communicate with their customers and the subject of the email itself. Above are some examples of email templates that I have designed that are sent as a result of a customer action alerting them to the next steps they need to take, or as part of a marketing campaign to drive traffic back to the website.

eDMs are often the first direct communication between a business and their customer and so need to maintain the company branding and tone. The designs I have created work to show the business in a professional light and the use of imagery, colours and branding enforce the company\'s personality is a simple way.
